Hi, I'm Bryony...
From the outside, it can look like everything is working.
You’re capable. Reliable. The one others turn to.
But somewhere beneath that, there’s a sense of strain—of holding too much, for too long. A quiet exhaustion. A feeling of being slightly disconnected from yourself, even as you continue to show up for everything and everyone else.
This is often where the real work begins.
I’m Bryony Whittaker, and I created The Reflections Room as a space for those moments—when something doesn’t feel right, but it’s hard to explain why.
With a background in psychology, and experience working as both a therapist and coach, my work is grounded in a deep understanding of neuroscience, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. I have spent years immersed in highly academic environments—studying the mind, the brain, and the patterns that shape our lives—but what matters most to me is translating that knowledge into something human, accessible, and genuinely meaningful.
Because you are not a theory, a label, or a diagnosis.
You are a complex, unique person and your experiences deserve to be understood in that way.
My work explores what’s happening beneath the surface—looking not only at thoughts and emotions, but at the role of the nervous system, hormones, and nutrition in shaping how you feel each day.

You are a whole system—and when one part is out of balance, everything can feel harder than it should.
Here, we slow things down.
We make sense of the patterns.
We begin to restore clarity, energy, and a more grounded connection to yourself.

Not only will your work with me be informed by these incredible individuals but we arrange crossover sessions to truly accelerate your wellbeing.
